Chest : Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
Waist : Measure at the narrowest part, usually above the belly button.
Hips : Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Arm Length : Measure from the top of the shoulder to the wrist, keeping the arm slightly bent.
