1. Return deadline

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

2. Condition of items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of use.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vanyl.fr specifying your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with the slip to put on the parcel as well as the necessary instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a refund in the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges
